Job summary

Lifespace Communities, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director for Friendship Village of South Hills in Upper St Clair, PA. You will oversee all operations across resident services, healthcare operations, dining, sales, and finances to deliver outstanding resident experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 7+ years of Executive Director experience in a Life Plan community. Competitive compensation and bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years Executive Director/Administrator experience within a CCRC/Life Plan Community.
