Job summary

Lifespace Communities, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the full operation of the community, leading resident services, healthcare operations, hospitality, dining, sales, and financial performance.

You will lead a high-performing leadership team, drive occupancy and revenue goals, manage budgeting and metrics, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, while fostering growth and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years Executive Director/Administrator experience within a CCRC/Life Plan Community
