Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking an Events & Programs Specialist to plan, develop, and coordinate engaging activities for residents and their families at Twin Towers in Cincinnati.

The role requires creativity, strong listening and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver meaningful programming with a focus on wellness and engagement.

Qualifications

• Planning, developing, and coordinating events and programming for residents and families.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with creativity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Participates in planning and leads creative community events and programs for residents and families.
• Prepares activity assessments and MDS for each resident per regulatory requirements and completes participation in Caretracker.
• Prepares progress notes per regulatory standards.
• Assists with arranging transportation to events, programs and field trips as necessary.
• Implements passive exercise and wellness programs on the nursing units.
