The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking an Environmental Services Associate (Housekeeper) to join our Naples, Florida community. This full-time role involves cleaning resident apartments and all common areas, performing laundry duties, stocking supplies, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning duties, laundry tasks, and reporting any health or safety concerns to supervision, with flexibility for weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Observes safety and security procedures.
• Ability to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident apartments and public areas including bathrooms, kitchens, floors, windows, and furniture.
• Performs laundry duties: washing, drying, ironing, folding, and distributing linens.
• Stocks supplies, disinfects equipment, and maintains clean storage areas.
• Reports resident health changes promptly to supervisor; completes maintenance work orders.
