Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Harmony Square Director to oversee daily operations, lead engaging programs for residents with dementia, and coordinate across disciplines with the clinical and dining teams. The role emphasizes safety, resident well-being, and family communication in a busy senior living community.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of dementia care experience, strong leadership, and a valid driver’s license for community outreach and transport needs.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with dementia care and leading programs for seniors.
• Three to five years’ experience with dementia and staff education.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead Harmony Square daily operations and resident programs.
• Supervise Harmony Square team and coordinate with Healthcare Director.
• Plan monthly programs and coordinate supplies, outings, and calendars.
• Collaborate with community resources and Alzheimer’s Association.
• Attend care conferences and family calls, promote safety and well-being.
