Oakmont Management Group in California seeks an Assisted Living Director at Ivy Park in San Ramon to oversee resident care, programs, and staffing. You will lead the team, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver services that exceed resident and family expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
• Prefer experience in RCFE or healthcare management.
• Prefer supervision of team members.
• Willingness to obtain administrator’s license or certification.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care aligns with physician orders, regulations, and policies.
• Be part of Community leadership, representing mission and values.
• Partner with healthcare professionals on resident care needs.
• Attend weekly care meetings; review service plans and changes.
• Provide care plans to the team and monitor documentation.
• Report required information to licensing as appropriate.
• Oversee department programs to meet participation and outcomes goals.
• Communicate with residents and families on care-related needs.
• Hire, train, retain, and counsel department staff.
• Oversee ADL tasks including transfers, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist Care Providers and Medication Technicians when needed.
