Job summary

The Oakmont Management Group seeks an Assisted Living Director for Ivy Park at San Ramon. Lead the AL department, ensuring resident care, engaging programs, and staff staffing align with company standards and resident service plans.

You will partner with healthcare professionals, participate in care meetings, manage care plans, and mentor the care team to deliver exceptional service in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Experience in RCFE or healthcare management preferred.
• Willingness to obtain administrator license/certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AL department and resident care per plans and regulations.
• Lead community leadership team and represent mission/values.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and state agencies on resident care needs.
• Manage care plans, run sheets, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Hire, train, and motivate department staff; supervise ADL tasks.
