Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in RCFE or healthcare management preferred.
• Ability to train, supervise, and retain staff.
• Willingness to obtain administrator license/certification.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care per physician orders, state regs, and policies.
• Lead community leadership team and uphold mission/values.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for care needs.
• Lead care conferences and communicate with residents and families.
• Hire, train, and supervise department staff; manage ADL oversight.
