Job summary

National Church Residences in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a NonCNA/NonSTNA - PRN to provide direct care to residents under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. This position supports daily living activities and helps residents maintain independence in a respectful, professional environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, vitals support, documentation, and reporting changes to the nurse on duty.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required or in progress.
• Two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Support bathing, dressing, mobility, and daily routine tasks.
• Record vitals, weights and care documentation; report changes to nurse on duty.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident areas and support safe, respectful care.
