Qualifications

• Two years or more of proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident meal orders and serves meals with outstanding service.
• Ensures dining room and kitchen are stocked and prepared for service.
• Assists with set up/cleaning of kitchen and dining areas before and after meals.
• Delivers trays to rooms on request.
• Supervises dining room processes and server schedule.
• Assists in seating residents and communicates assignments clearly.
