The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership experience, a valid Food Handlers Permit, and strong English communication; must enjoy working with seniors and be able to accept feedback.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handlers Permit.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate in English to receive orders and respond.
• Enjoy working with the elderly and accept constructive criticism.
• Proven ability to show responsible behavior.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Takes resident meal orders and serves meals with excellent customer service.
• Ensures dining room and kitchen areas are stocked and prepared to serve residents.
• Sets up and cleans kitchen and dining room before and after meals.
• Delivers trays to rooms for residents who request room service.
• Supervises dining room processes and manages server schedules.
• Assists in seating residents.
• Supervises servers to ensure safe and timely delivery of meals; communicates assignments clearly.
• Reads, writes, and speaks English sufficiently to fulfill job requirements.
