Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry or full-service restaurant cooking.
• Ability to complete logs in a timely manner.
• General knowledge of food production and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious, appetizing meals for residents.
• Oversee food service staff and kitchen operations in absence of Executive Chef.
• Resolve food compliance issues as needed.
