Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of kitchen and dining room including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Washes, air dries, and restocks plates, glasses, and silverware; sort and put away dishes.
• Operates, assembles, disassembles, cleans, and de-limes dishwasher.
• Follows safe and proper techniques for chemical use.
• Follows infection control techniques including cleaning, storage, and food handling.
• Report equipment safety issues to the Dining Services Director.
• Maintain clean working environment; assist in keeping kitchen clean, safe, and sanitary.
• Provide assistance with storage of items received from vendors.
