Job summary

Freedom Village Bradenton is hiring a Utility Worker/Dishwasher to support our Culinary Services team in Bradenton, FL. You will maintain clean, sanitary kitchen areas, assist in food preparation, and help serve residents with care and efficiency.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to infection control. This full-time role includes paid training, 401(k), health and dental coverage, PTO, and paid holidays, with daily Pay available through our partner program.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks.
• Ability to follow regulations to protect resident health information.
• Commitment to resident safety and infection control policies.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions accurately.
• Complete assignments timely, completely and accurately.
• Attend all in-services as requested.
• Cooperate with residents, co-workers, physicians, families and staff.
• Observe infection control procedures at all times.
• Perform incidental housekeeping and maintenance to keep a clean, safe environment.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope, hands-on food service tasks in the Culinary Services Department.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas, facilities and equipment.
• Assist in food preparation as needed.
• Assist serving staff with setting and clearing tables.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work surfaces.
• Follow diet guidelines per policy and procedure.
• Represent the community in a warm, inviting manner.
• Support a culture that drives occupancy and revenue.
