Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• General cleaning of kitchen and dining room including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Washes, air dries, and restocks plates, glasses, and silverware.
• Operates, assembles, disassembles, cleans, and de-limes the dishwasher.
• Follows safe chemical use and infection control procedures.
• Report equipment safety issues to the Dining Services Director.
• Maintain clean working environment and assist in regulatory compliance.
• Provide assistance with storage of items from vendors.
• Scrape soiled dishes and place them in the dishwasher.
• Supervise travel of dishes through dish machine.
