Job summary

The Waterford at Fairfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Hospitality Service Supervisor to oversee the food and beverage operations for residents and guests in a premier retirement setting.

You will supervise culinary staff, ensure nutritious menus, and coordinate trainings while partnering with leadership to deliver exceptional care and service. This full-time role requires leadership, planning and a commitment to quality in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years’ experience of Food Service Supervision in a hospital, hotel, healthcare, or senior living environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures provisions for creative, flavorful, nutritious, assorted and timely food and beverage services to residents, guests, and visitors; collaborates on marketing needs while maintaining a profitable operation.
• Assists the Dining Services Director with staff recruitment, interviewing, selection and termination; documents and coordinates actions.
• Develops and conducts in‑service training programs for the Food Service Department; schedules department and community training.
• Ensures menus and recipes are written and followed; supervises serving line to ensure attractive display and proper service.
