Job summary

The Waterford at Fairfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Hospitality Service Supervisor to lead patient-focused dining services in a compassionate senior living setting. You’ll oversee nutritious meals, collaborate with the Dining Services Director on staffing, and help ensure menus are followed with attractive presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in food service supervision in healthcare or senior living.
• Experience in hospital/hotel/healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper provisions for nutritious, flavorful, timely food and beverage services.
• Assist the Dining Services Director in recruitment, interviewing, and termination of department staff; coordinate actions.
• Develop, implement, conduct, and document in-service training programs for the Food Service Department; schedule staff.
• Ensure menus and recipes are written and followed; supervise the serving line and presentation of food.
