Job summary

The Waterford at Mansfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Hospitality Service Attendant to provide professional dining room service to residents and guests. This role supports food preparation, dishwashing and setup duties to ensure smooth meal service in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of related experience, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• One to two years' experience in a similar position preferred.
• 12+ years of education preferred

Responsibilities

• Serves residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
• Assists in drink and food preparation for the Residents and performs assigned tasks in clean up, washing the dishes and setting up and taking down the dining areas.
• Preparing and serving snacks to include replenishing stock items in the common area refreshment centers for the residents.
• Assists chefs in the food preparation tasks and serving as assigned.
• Completes the dishwashing tasks and schedules for efficient dining service operations.
