Job summary

Three Oaks Senior Dining, LLC in Lewisburg, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dining services team in a senior living community. You will supervise staff, ensure food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction while delivering warm, personalized hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in dining services management, especially in senior living or healthcare, is desirable.
• Two years of quantity food production/service and one year supervision is desired.
• ServSafe certification current or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining services staff in a single site according to policy and law.
• Lead small staff groups across varying shifts and provide guidance on standards.
• Ensure food quality, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations.
• Assist in training, quality control, and staff in-servicing.
• Cover dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher roles if needed and operate related equipment.
• Ensure regulatory, HACCP, and sanitation guidelines are followed; maintain professionalism.
• Attend Resident Dining Focus Groups and support other duties as assigned.
