Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living seeks an exceptional General Manager, Continuing Care, to lead dining operations, elevate resident dining experiences, and drive service excellence across culinary, restaurant management, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with strong financial acumen, proven multi-unit dining management, and a commitment to compassionate, relationship-centered care for seniors.

Qualifications

• CDM certification required and ServSafe certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive multi-unit foodservice, hospitality, healthcare dining, senior living, hotel, resort, country club, or restaurant management experience.
• Proven success leading large teams and multiple service environments; strong financial management and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the dining program through meal service, menu development, preparation, and financial responsibilities.
• Hire, supervise and train the dining and kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with the clinical dietitian and train staff on dining processes.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
• Inventory, order, receive and store food and supplies per standards.
