Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of hospitality/dining operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with POS systems and Excel. Healthcare dining experience is preferred and ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive hospitality or dining operations experience.
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or multi‑outlet dining preferred.
• ServSafe certification desired; obtain within 30 days if not current.

Responsibilities

• Lead front‑of‑house operations and staff to meet service standards.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through hospitality and responsiveness.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and labor optimization.
• Oversee compliance with sanitation, safety, and regulations.
• Partner with culinary leadership to align service and back‑of‑house ops.
• Monitor POS performance, review reports, and drive improvements.
• Lead staff training, performance reviews, and coaching.
