Cogir Senior Living in Everett, WA seeks a Server for our community restaurant to provide friendly, professional dining service to our senior residents during meals and events. You will ensure dietary needs are met and foster a welcoming dining environment while building meaningful resident relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (preferred) or equivalent.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• Experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
• Serve meals with a smile and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Prepare the dining room before service by setting tables with linens, utensils, and glassware.
• Clear tables after meals and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Reset tables for the next service period.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety guidelines and local health regulations.
• Ensure Cogir Senior Living standards are met at all times.
