The Server is responsible for providing friendly and efficient dining experiences for our senior residents. This role includes taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring dietary needs are met, all while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• A Food Handler Card, with an understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes, is a plus.
• At least 6-12 months of experience in a serving, hospitality, or customer service role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly to create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals comply with residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
• Prepare the dining room before each meal service.
• Clear tables promptly after meals and reset for the next service.
