Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Edmonds, WA is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our senior residents. You will greet residents, take orders, serve meals, and ensure dietary needs are met with friendly, professional service.

This role offers a supportive team, flexible schedules, meals at work, and growth opportunities within a growing senior living network. Prior serving or hospitality experience is valued; a Food Handler Card is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• 6–12 months serving/hospitality/customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences, including portion sizes and requests.
• Serve meals with a smile and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Set tables before service and reset for next service.
• Clear tables and ensure cleanliness and organization after meals.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and health regulations.
