Job summary

Charter Senior Living in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a compassionate Dining Server to join our senior living team. You will deliver excellent hospitality, assist residents during meals, and help maintain a warm, respectful dining room environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, friendly, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Previous dining or senior living experience is preferred, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous server, dining, hospitality, restaurant, or senior living experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and beverages to residents in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist with dining room setup and cleanup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining service
• Build positive relationships with residents and families
• Observe resident needs and communicate concerns appropriately
• Support residents during mealtimes with patience and attentiveness
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, caregiving, and leadership teams
