Charter Senior Living is seeking compassionate Dining Servers to join our senior living team. You will deliver exceptional dining service, create a warm and respectful dining experience, and support residents during mealtimes in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Previous server, dining, hospitality, restaurant, or senior living experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and positivity throughout shifts

Responsabilités

• Serve meals and beverages to residents in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist with dining room setup and cleanup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining service
• Build positive relationships with residents and families
• Observe resident needs and communicate concerns appropriately
• Support residents during mealtimes with patience and attentiveness
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, caregiving, and leadership teams
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere
