Charter Senior Living is seeking compassionate Dining Servers to join our senior living team. You will deliver exceptional dining service, create a warm and respectful atmosphere, and support residents during meals while collaborating with culinary and caregiving teams.

Qualifications

• Previous server, dining, hospitality, restaurant, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.

• Ability to maintain professionalism and positivity throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and beverages to residents in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist with dining room setup and cleanup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining service
• Build positive relationships with residents and families
• Observe resident needs and communicate concerns appropriately
• Support residents during mealtimes with patience and attentiveness
