Job summary

The Aspenwood Company is seeking Servers to provide friendly, attentive service in our Crestmoor at Green Hills dining room and during events. You will greet residents, take orders, deliver meals, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for all guests.

This role requires weekend and holiday availability, a valid food handler certificate within 60 days, and prior experience. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with full benefits and a sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must obtain accredited food handler certification within 60 days per state guidelines.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to interact well with staff, residents, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and seat them comfortably.
• Take food orders, relay to kitchen staff, and deliver meals promptly.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and check food quality and presentation.
• Respond to resident and guest requests to ensure a top-notch dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area.
• Explain menu options to residents and guests.
