Job summary

The Aspenwood Company - Village on the Park Stonebridge Ranch is seeking a friendly Server to provide exceptional dining service in our assisted living community. Greet residents and guests, take orders, and deliver meals with care in a 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. shift.

Position is full-time with a pay rate of $16.00/hr. Benefits include 401K, PTO, holiday pay, and healthcare options, all supported in a warm, respectful senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to interact well with staff, residents, and guests.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with a smile and seat them.
• Take food orders, present to kitchen staff, and deliver meals promptly.
• Ensure orders are accurate and meals meet quality standards.
• Respond to resident and guest requests to ensure a top-notch dining experience.
• Pour and refill drinks in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with setting tables, clearing dishes, restocking inventory.
• Be an active member of the community’s emergency response team.
