Heritage Communities, located at The Heritage at Fox Run Assisted Living in Council Bluffs, IA, is seeking a Dining Server to deliver personalized dining service and support meal operations. This entry-level, part-time position offers growth opportunities within a compassionate senior living team.

You will maintain dining and kitchen areas, assist with cleaning, and ensure safety and sanitation. Excellent communication and a professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment; entry-level for those with interest in senior living.
• Ability to work early, mid, or early-evening shifts (no late nights).
• Strong communication skills, especially regarding resident dietary needs.
• Commitment to professional appearance and safety, including uniform and safety gear.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized dining service, taking orders, serving meals, and aiding with cleanup.
• Prepare and maintain dining, kitchen, and storage areas, ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Inspect dining supplies and equipment and recommend replacements as needed.
• Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
