Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) in Flower Mound, TX is hiring a Full-Time Server for Watermere Flower Mound. You’ll deliver friendly, attentive service in a senior living dining room, taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

You’ll build relationships with residents, coordinate with the culinary team, and follow food-safety standards. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months to one year of restaurant, serving, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Senior living dining experience is a plus.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food-handler certifications.
• Ability to follow food-safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on residents during meals and respond to requests.
• Set, clear, clean, and reset tables.
• Maintain dining-room cleanliness and organization.
• Restock dining supplies and service areas.
• Assist with meal preparation and assembly when directed.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and storage requirements.
