Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group's Watermere at Flower Mound, a luxury independent senior living community, is seeking an experienced Housekeeper. You will assist with apartment make-readies, trash collections, and cleaning the leasing office to present the community well for residents and guests.

As a team member, you will sanitize lobbies, halls, stairwells, dining rooms, elevators, and activity spaces, and interact with residents in a friendly, courteous manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
• Able to read, write and comprehend English.
• Must complete an annual training.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment make-readies and trash collections.
• Clean the leasing office and common areas (lobbies, halls, stairwells, activity rooms, dining rooms, elevators).
• Polish and sanitize gathering and public spaces.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
