Job summary

The Residence at Salem Woods, operated by LCB Senior Living, is hiring Part-Time Servers with weekend availability to deliver a restaurant-style dining experience for residents and guests. Position includes opportunities for tuition reimbursement; health, vision, dental benefits and PTO from date of hire, with a teamwork-focused kitchen and dining staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform duties safely.
• Strong customer service and communication in English required.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas to LC B standards.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Serve beverages and assist with meal service at table or station.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize dining areas and equipment.
• Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals as needed.
