Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a part-time server to join our dining services team. You will take meal orders, serve meals with a smile, and ensure residents and guests enjoy a high-quality dining experience in a welcoming senior living environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining dining area cleanliness, following safety procedures, and assisting with daily and weekly schedules. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with seniors.
• Interact with guests, residents, and staff courteously.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities.
• Work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of specials and description of all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining hospitality and service standards.
