Belmont Village Senior Living in West Lake Hills, TX, is seeking a part-time Dining Room Server to provide attentive, personalized dining service in our on-site restaurant within the Assisted Living community. This non-tipped, weekend-focused role offers a steady schedule, a supportive team culture, paid training, and opportunities for growth.

Pay is $18/hour with walk-in interviews every Tuesday 1-3pm; no appointment needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to efficiently multi-task, be an active listener, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior Restaurant Server experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready.
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community.
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal.
