Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Server to support the culinary team in our Bread Basket dining experience. You will interact with residents, serve meals, and help maintain a clean dining area in a community-focused environment.

The role requires a Food Handlers Card (or willingness to obtain one) and strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks behind the scenes and at the table.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Learner's Mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve food timely utilizing Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet cleanliness expectations.
