Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is hiring a Breadbasket Manager to oversee the Bread Basket dining experience, including ordering, meal prep, presentation, and service. You’ll ensure meals are produced and served per menus and standards, while maintaining records and resident-focused service.

You’ll work to coordinate with marketing and life enrichment for events and tours, handle dietary needs, and ensure cleanliness and regulatory compliance in the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order food following process in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Prepare meals following menus, processes and expectations.
• Serve food timely at correct temperatures and appropriately plated.
• Maintain food service records per regulatory requirements and policies.
• Interact with residents to enhance dining experience.
