Job summary

Bickford Senior Living seeks a Breadbasket Manager to oversee our restaurant-style Bread Basket dining experience. You will manage ordering, meal preparation, presentation and service to residents, ensuring high-quality dining and compliance with safety rules.

Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, tracking menus and resident dietary needs, and maintaining records. The role offers full-time hours with benefits and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; one-year related experience
• ServSafe, CPR and First Aid certifications required
• A valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to insurer
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Occasional mandatory travel for training
• Order food following processes in a timely, cost-effective manner
• Ensure information is available to produce meals (production sheets, recipes, prep sheets)
• Prepare meals following menus and expectations
• Serve food timely and at proper temperatures
• Ensure compliance with kitchen/dining procedures
• Interact with residents to enhance dining experience
• Follow the Kitchen Daily Task Guide
• Maintain resident diet info and allergy records
• Keep records and storage compliant with regulations
• Coordinate with marketing and life enrichment for tours and events
