Brio Living Services is seeking a Dining Server Associate in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time role operating 11am-8pm, Monday through Friday with every other weekend, supports the Dining Services team and residents with exceptional service in a senior living community.

The position emphasizes creating joyful dining experiences, building connections with residents, and contributing to a warm, caring environment. Previous server experience is preferred, and the job requires lifting up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Experience in food service or as a server preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and guests with a smile and a friendly demeanor.
• Take orders and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Cater to special dietary requirements and restrictions.
• Watch tickets and run a tray line.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
