Watercrest Buena Vista in The Villages, FL is seeking a Food Runner/Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. You will greet residents and guests, deliver meals with care, and help maintain a warm, home-like dining atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and prior experience in upscale dining. A friendly, reliable team player who follows menus and safety guidelines is essential for excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in serving in an upscale dining environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food orders to Residents quickly and accurately.
• Uphold sanitation and food safety principles.
• Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash.
• Assist setting up tables before service with utensils, napkins and decorations.
• Handle various impromptu requests from Residents.
• Assist residents with seating in the dining room.
• Greet residents when taking and serving meal selections.
• Ensure proper dining room setup and proper table setting.
• Knowledge of menu items and ability to explain preparation methods.
• Provide a high satisfactory level of customer service to promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
