Responsibilities

• Assist residents with seating in the dining room.
• Greet residents and serve meal selections.
• Ensure dining room setup and table settings are correct.
• Reset tables and clean dining area during and after service.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks in dining room and kitchen areas.
• Assist with garbage removal and waste disposal.
• Complete side work such as napkin folding and condiments restocking.
• Explain menu items and preparation methods when needed.
• Provide high level of customer service to promote restaurant-like dining.
• Understand and accommodate individual diet needs as prescribed by physician.
• Report equipment or supply needs to Cook or Executive Chef.
