Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking a personable server for our Madison House Culinary Department in Kirkland, WA. This full-time/part-time role offers competitive hourly pay and a chance to join a community-focused team delivering outstanding dining experiences.

You will serve meals, greet residents and families, present menus, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while providing friendly, attentive service in a supportive living environment.

Qualifications

• Food handler's card is required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be drug free and pass drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room tables and ensure dining room cleanliness.
• Protect establishments and residents by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Greet residents and families.
• Assist residents select food and beverages by presenting menu, making suggestions and explaining chefs’ daily specials.
• Interact with residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner.
• Adhere to grooming and presentation standards consistently, maintain clean uniform at all times.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
