Monarch Communities is seeking Dining Servers to deliver exceptional service in our senior living community in Howell Township, NJ. You will take orders, serve meals, and assist residents with special requests across both full-time and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or GED accepted.
• At least 1 year in fine dining hospitality or full-service senior living.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and good judgment.
• Experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Take residents’ dining orders in a friendly and attentive disposition.
• Learn residents' names, requests, and dietary restrictions.
• Set up dining room with items needed for service.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dining areas and stations.
• Prepare beverages, snacks, and desserts for service.
• Assist residents with special dining requests.
• Monitor attendance and document meal participation.
• Support during special events and staff trainings.
• Adhere to all laws and community policies.
