Job summary

QSL Management's The Barclay House of Carrollton is seeking a PRN Server to deliver gracious hospitality in a senior living setting. You will guide guests through menus, assist in Bar and Coffee Shop, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ServSafe certification if applicable by state requirements, and flexibility for holidays and weekends. Prior food service and POS knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality is required.
• ServSafe certification may be required by state requirements.
• Ability to guide guests through menus and provide world class service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guide guests through menus with thorough knowledge of food and beverages.
• Maintain hygiene, appearance, and health standards in dining areas.
• Take accurate orders and work with team to deliver prompt service.
• Set and reset tables per company standards.
• Assist with meal preparation if requested.
• Help maintain stock levels of bar, coffee shop and front of house.
• Assist with special events and activities as requested.
