Job summary

The Barclay House at Carrollton in Carrollton, GA is seeking a PRN Server to deliver gracious hospitality to residents and guests in our senior living community. You will assist in bar and coffee shop, guide guests through menus, and help maintain a spotless dining environment.

Requirements include a caring heart, High School Diploma or GED, ServSafe if required, hospitality or food service experience, and flexibility to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe Certification if state requires.
• Food server/hospitality experience required.
• Bar Card preferred if state requires.
• Willingness to work with the elderly in a senior living environment.
• Knowledge of POS system preferred.
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and special events.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guide guests through menus with thorough knowledge of food and beverages.
• Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene in dining areas.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with team for prompt service.
• Set and reset tables per company standards.
• Assist with meal preparation if requested.
• Maintain stock levels of bar, coffee shop, and front of house.
• Support special events and activities as requested.
