Job summary

QSL Management, a fast-growing senior living company, seeks a Server for The Barclay at Boynton Beach. You will provide gracious hospitality and help create a welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, ServSafe if required, hospitality experience, and flexibility to work holidays and weekends. POS knowledge and Bar Card are preferred; join a team dedicated to excellence, safety, and joy.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality.
• Able to work with elderly residents.
• ServSafe certification if required by state requirements.
• Bar Card preferred if applicable to state requirements.
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and have a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guide guests through menus, demonstrating knowledge of food and beverages.
• Maintain appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards in dining areas.
• Take accurate orders and deliver food in a prompt, organized manner for world class service.
• Set and reset tables per company standards.
• Assist with meal preparation if requested.
• Maintain stock levels of bar, coffee shop and front of house.
• Assist with special events and activities as requested.
