The Residence at Watertown Square, operated by LCB Senior Living, is hiring Servers for full-time and part-time roles. You will provide friendly, restaurant-style dining, taking orders, serving beverages, and assisting with special events to keep residents satisfied.

Qualifications

• The ability to respond calmly to emergency situations is essential.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• The ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is essential.
• Focused and dedicated to provide excellent customer service.
• Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Set tables in accordance to LCB standards.
• Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs.
• Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and food safety practices.
