Job summary

LCB Senior Living seeks a friendly Server for The Residence at Bedford in Bedford, MA. This part-time role involves delivering meals, beverages, and dining service to residents, while promoting a restaurant-style dining experience.

You will work closely with the Culinary Services Director and dining staff to ensure resident satisfaction, set tables, and maintain safety and cleanliness in the dining room. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Provide a high level of customer service in dining operations.
• Clear and professional English communication, both spoken and written.
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical dining room tasks.
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and serve meals and beverages to residents and guests.
• Review daily menu with residents and convey preferences to kitchen staff.
• Assist with dining enhancement programs and special events.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and equipment.
• Communicate resident likes/dislikes to dining room manager and staff.
