Job summary

Simpson seeks a Dining Room Server for our senior living facility. You will provide courteous dining service, take orders, and ensure residents enjoy meals while honoring dietary restrictions.

You’ll collaborate with the culinary and dietary teams to maintain a welcoming dining environment and support special events. We value empathy, patience, and strong communication as you help foster a sense of community among residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff.
• Comfort with fast-paced dining environments and attention to dietary restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and serve meals to residents.
• Assist residents with menu choices and maintain courtesy and professionalism.
• Ensure timely delivery of meals and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Collaborate with dietary and culinary teams to meet dietary needs and preferences.
• Assist with special events and themed meals as needed.
