Job summary

Inspired Living Alpharetta is seeking a Server (Full-Time) to join the Restaurant and Hospitality team. You will be responsible for quality of service during meal periods and for following dietary guidelines, communicating with Inspired Living on all appropriate matters.

Develop a positive dining room culture through staff training, ensure a clean dining area, work safely, and foster teamwork with residents, visitors and co-workers to deliver a pleasant dining experience.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent organizational skills and a pleasant, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develops a positive customer service culture in the dining room through staff training.
• Circulates to gauge resident preferences and satisfaction with meals.
• Maintains a clean dining room and properly stocked dining areas.
• Ensures safe work practices and complies with Safety Committee standards.
• Fosters teamwork and supports colleagues to enhance resident experiences.
